This Privacy Policy explains how EquineGPT Pty Ltd handles information when you use the
Equine AI mobile application and our website (together, the “Services”).
Equine AI does not require you to create an account or log in.
2) Information we collect
A. Information you provide
- Support communications: If you contact us, we will receive the information you send, such as your email address and the contents of your message.
B. Information processed automatically
- Device/app basics: app version, iOS version, language/region, and similar diagnostic information.
- Operational logs: our servers may temporarily process standard request metadata (for example, timestamps and IP address) to deliver content, protect the Services, and troubleshoot issues. We do not use this to identify you, and we do not maintain profiles of users.
C. Purchases and subscriptions (Apple)
If you purchase a subscription or other in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple.
We do not receive your payment card details. We may receive purchase/entitlement status from Apple to determine
whether to unlock subscription features in the app.

3) How we use information
- Provide and operate the Services (including validating subscriptions and enforcing usage limits)
- Maintain reliability and security (debugging, error investigation, preventing abuse)
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
4) Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information only with service providers that help us run the Services, for legal/safety reasons, or as part of a business transfer.
5) Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed for operating and securing the Services, resolving issues and support requests,
and meeting legal/accounting obligations. Where possible, we retain information in aggregated or de-identified form.
6) Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7) Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us
(for example, support emails).
Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple controls billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations.
8) Children’s privacy
Equine AI is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9) International transfers
Your information may be processed in other jurisdictions depending on server and service provider location.
10) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date above.
